Tator Tot Casserole

1 lb lean ground beef (90% ff)
¼ onion chopped (or small handful dried chopped onion)
1 can 98% ff cream of chicken soup
1 can 98% ff cream of mushroom soup
72 tator tots
¾ cup shredded 2% cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown beef and onion together (add salt and pepper to taste). Drain.
Put in a mixing bowl and add both cans of soup.
In 9x12 greased, glass pan, place the tator tots to cover bottom of dish.
Pour meat mixture on top. Spread to cover tator tots. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cook for 1 hour.

Serves 12. 4.5 pts per serving
