Hooray for Quaker’s Nutrition for Women Oatmeal!

Quaker Oats Nutrition for Women OatmealOK, I admit it. Historically, I used to be an oatmeal-hater. I’ve always known that there are tons of health benefits to eating oatmeal, but they never seemed to outweigh the gross taste! Finally, I was coerced into trying Quaker’s Nutrition for Women Oatmeal (160 calories per packet) and I’m happy to say I’ve been converted. The vanilla cinnamon is now my daily breakfast and the delicious smell has even prompted some of the males in my office to try it as well.

Sugar Free JelloThis is a Weight Watchers staple! At 0 points for a cup, this makes a delicious dessert and I haven’t met a soul that can tell the difference between the full sugar version. Peach is my personal fave.
